We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were pretty good too make us feel welcome and helped us with various things, such as providing a plug adapter and printing our e-tickets. They even gave us helpful tips on using the tram to reach the main train station and the tourist sites. The room was clean, beautifully designed, and had modern amenities. The bed was big and comfortable, and everything in the bathroom worked perfectly. The hotel facilities, including the lobby with the bar and restaurant, were excellent. We had an excellent dinner there. The location was convenient, with easy access to the key tourist attractions in the historic center, either by a short tram ride or a 15-minute walk. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi in the room if you signed up for Marriott rewards.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly modern and clean, surpassing my expectations from the pictures. It had all the amenities I could ask for, including a shaving kit, dental kit, shoe shine, tissues. The staff were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even allowed me to check-in two hours early, which was a pleasant surprise. The location of this place was great too, as it was quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep, yet still within walking distance to the main attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a small problem with the shower screen, and we were immediately offered to move to another room. Great value for money.

It was a pleasant surprise to find bottles of water provided on a daily basis, greatly appreciated.

Although the hotel was not situated in the city center, it was conveniently located just 0.6 miles from the train station. My family and I chose to walk the distance, as we wanted to stretch our legs after a long train ride.
